Faculty Profile: Ms. Bhumika Chandrakar is currently serving as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Forensic Science at NSIT, NFSU. She holds a Master’s degree in Forensic Science from the National Forensic Sciences University, Gandhinagar, and was awarded a Gold Medal for her academic excellence in B.Sc. Forensic Science from Guru Ghasidas Central University, Bilaspur. She has qualified UGC-NET (2023), (2024), (2025). FACT (Physics & Ballistics, 2024), and FACT PLUS (Questioned Documents, 2024). With hands-on experience in advanced forensic techniques and instruments, she has also served as a Forensic Professional at the Central Forensic Science Laboratory, Kolkata. Her research focuses on forensic documents, instrumental analysis, and vehicle recognition through headlight pattern analysis. Passionate about forensic education and scientific advancement, she is committed to nurturing the next generation of forensic experts.
