Faculty Profile: Dr. Vaishali Shukla is a dedicated academician and researcher, currently serving as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Forensic Science at NSIT-IFSCS, NFSU. With a Ph.D. in Nanoscience and a strong foundation in physics and material science, she brings rich expertise in forensic physics, ballistics, and sensor technology. Her research spans advanced nanomaterials, optoelectronic devices, and real-time detection systems for defense and healthcare. Dr. Shukla has contributed to nationally funded projects by Army Design Bureau (ADB)-Indian Army, DRDO, ICAR, and SERB, and remains actively involved in mentoring, innovation, and scientific outreach. She is committed to interdisciplinary education and impactful research for societal advancement.
