Placement Readiness Workshop

Two Days. One Goal. Career Ready.

The difference between a “graduate” and a “recruit” is often just one thing: Preparation.

We have successfully concluded our intensive 2-Day Placement Readiness Workshop at Narnarayan Shastri Institute of Technology, and the energy in the room was palpable.

Guided by Mr. Sunil Anandani, our students didn’t just sit through lectures; they actively dismantled their fears.

Key Takeaways from the Workshop:
🔹 Self-Discovery: Students moved from “confused” to “focused” by discovering their Ikigai.
🔹 Resume Engineering: We scrapped generic biodatas and built value-driven professional profiles.
🔹 Communication: The Group Discussion simulations transformed hesitation into articulation.

To the recruiters watching this space: The NSIT Batch of 2025 is getting ready. And they are sharper than ever.

A huge thank you to the Training and Placement Department for organizing this crucial intervention.
